DS Ranking Platform — Disclaimer and Terms of Use
The DS Ranking Platform is an analytical tool developed by DS Ranking that enables users to select cities, topics, data sources and indicators and to generate their own comparative city rankings.
The rankings and results generated through the platform depend on the criteria selected by each user. They therefore represent user-generated analyses and should not be interpreted as official rankings, assessments or opinions issued by DS Ranking unless expressly identified as such.
The data used by the platform are obtained from different public and private sources. DS Ranking seeks to provide accurate and up-to-date information but does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, comparability or continued availability of data supplied by third parties. Users should take into account the original source, reference year, geographic definition and methodology of each indicator when interpreting the results.
DS Ranking shall not be liable for decisions, conclusions, analyses or publications made on the basis of results generated through the platform.
Attribution requirement
The results generated by the DS Ranking Platform may be used, reproduced, quoted or published provided that DS Ranking is clearly identified as the platform used to generate the analysis.
When publishing tables, charts, rankings, reports, presentations, academic work, articles, social-media content or other materials based on results generated through the platform, the following attribution, or an equivalent clearly visible reference, must be included:

Where appropriate, users should also identify the original data sources displayed by the platform.
The DS Ranking name, methodology and platform must not be presented in a way that suggests that a user-generated ranking is an official DS Ranking ranking or that DS Ranking endorses the conclusions drawn by the user.
Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
